My approach

I adore cinema and love to bring that aesthetic with all its beautiful framing, its light and shadows and moody hues, into my work. My photography style is a mix of creative documentary and editorial portraiture with what I call a touch of that cinematic style.

I shoot a mixture of artistic portraits alongside reportage-style real and genuine images that are full of raw emotion. I do my best work when I feel an honest connection with my couples, allowing them to open up in front of the camera and truly be themselves.

By getting a feel for who they are, their story and what makes them tick, I know how to approach the creative process with them and to put them at ease on one of the most emotional days of their lives.

Oh, and I love a great sense of humour – a client I can laugh with is a dream client.

My ideal client likes to do things a little ‘outside the box’ and understands that I might not shoot the day in a conventional way but the results will be damn special. I want my couples to be able to relax and truly take in the incredible experience of their wedding day, knowing that I know my craft, I care deeply about the results and I will absolutely deliver only the very best.

In 2017, Rangefinder Magazine based in NYC named me one of the Rising Stars of wedding photography and my work has been featured some of the top luxury wedding publications such as Condé Nast Brides, the Lane or Together Journal.

Destination weddings

I’m one of life’s adventurers, so destination weddings are wonderful treats for me – I’m always thrilled to have the opportunity to go anywhere in the world. I’ve been a big traveler my whole life. I have lived in six different countries and have travelled all over the world from a young age, so please do consider this keen globetrotter for your big day, no matter how far away.

I am also available to shoot prewedding portraits, family studio portraits and headshots.

How do you describe your style?
Heartfelt, delicate, cinematic, atmospheric and timeless. I am looking for real and soulful moments but my aim is to also bring a sense of timeless beauty and a touch of ethereal romance. It’s more than just taking pictures it's about observing human interactions and anticipating that little moment before it's gone. It's about those moments that are perfectly imperfect. I want to create dream-like quality images that makes you feel the emotion and like you’re there in the image.
 What are your rates?
I offer various packages based on the type of wedding your planning whether its a wedding in a London venue, a destination wedding, or an intimate elopement. If you would like to get a brochure with all the details, please send me an email or get in touch via the contact form.
Do you travel?
I am based in London, but cover weddings and portrait session in the UK and internationally. I have done my fair bit of travelling and I love exploring new places. I am always up for a new adventure!
Are all the images edited?
Yes, it is part of how I tell your story, and therefore all the photos are edited in my style. I give a lot of attention to on each image, creating a whole set of fine art photos which will be print ready when you receive them. It's actually a part of the process I enjoy, putting the whole story of your day together.
How many photos do we get?
For a full day coverage you get minimum 500 photos. The number varies based on the hours of coverage.
Do you take also some photos of details (tables, decorations) and some group pictures?
Yes of course, these elements are part of the day, and I know you spent time preparing it all. These images are not necessarily displayed on my blog, but of course, these will be part of your reportage. Group pictures as well. We would talk ahead of time of what pictures you are thinking, with whom, so that we make it a very smooth process on the day.
What’s in your camera bag? Do you have back up?
I use Canon gear, and use various bodies (two 5d mark III) and various camera lenses, as well as speedlites, etc.
Do you use film cameras?
Yes I do, I love it! But I actually use it for my personal work or my family memories. I may offer this option for portrait sessions soon, but at the moment my work is shot on digital cameras.
Are you insured?
Yes, of course its very important to me.
Can we meet?
YES! I meet most of my couple via FaceTime or skype but we can meet around a nice cuppa, or a glass of wine (always a great excuse for a nice wine!) if you are in the London area. I think it's is really important as I want you to get to know me and choose me as your photographer not only because you love the style of my work but also because we get along! [/flo_one_half_last]
