Q&A VIEW MORE
How do you describe your style?
Cinematic and photojournalistic. I want to capture moments of life in between people in an artistic and creative way. If I am truly honest, I do not love weddings, I love observing people, telling their story, your story. Thats what is really important to me and that is why I document your day in a natural and candid way. I also enjoy some good arty-farty portraits, which means that I will also guide and direct you when necessary to capture creative images!
What are your rates?
I offer full day coverage as well as shorter coverage by the hour and elopement pricing. If you would like to get a brochure with all the details, please send me an email or get in touch here.
Do you travel?
I am based in London, but cover weddings and portrait session in the UK and internationally. I have done my fair bit of travelling and I love exploring new places. I am always up for a new adventure!
Are all the images edited?
Yes, it is part of how I tell your story, and therefore all the photos are edited in my style.
How many photos do we get?
For a full day coverage you get around 500 photos. The number varies based on the hours of coverage.
Do you take also some photos of details (tables, decorations) and some group pictures?
Yes of course, these elements are part of the day, and I know you spent time preparing it all. These images are not necessarily displayed on my blog, but of course, these will be part of your reportage. Group pictures as well. We would talk ahead of time of what pictures you are thinking, with whom, so that we make it a very smooth process on the day.
What’s in your camera bag? Do you have back up?
I use Canon gear, and use various bodies (two 5d mark III) and various camera lenses, as well as speedlites, etc.
Do you use film cameras?
Yes I do, I love it! But I actually use it for my personal work or my family memories. I may offer this option for portrait sessions soon, but at the moment my work is shot on digital cameras.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have full insurance cover for running my business.
Can we meet?
YES! I meet most of my couple via FaceTime or skype but we can meet around a nice cuppa, or a glass of wine (always a great excuse for a nice wine!) if you are in the London area. I think it's is really important as I want you to get to know me and choose me as your photographer not only because you love the style of my work but also because we get along!
