When you get married in London in December, you are definitely going to face some challenges because of the weather and lack of light. But Laura and Robin just played the full winter wedding card and it was oh so beautiful. Fairy lights, leather sofa for guests during the ceremony, mulled wine and all this in one of the coolest venue in London, MC Motors.
For me the most important things when I capture a wedding is to tell a story and capture the love and emotions of the day. For that, I need my couples to trust me and let me in. Laura and Robin made me fell so welcomes and were so natural, it made it special experience. There was definitely an outpour of love and joy between everyone on the day. Add a reading via skype, the groom’s tie knitted by his lovely wife and a couple both working backstage in theatre, one being a light technician (therefore a total understanding of light – a photographer’s dream!), it was just one of the best way to end my wedding season 2015.
